Frequently asked questions

Can a discount code be combined with a combo?

No. Combos are already discounted, so no extra code applies. Discount codes also do not stack with Luck4You gifts or upgrade credits.

I bought Luck4You. Where is my VuiHub gift?

Once your Luck4You order is paid, an L4Y-… gift code is emailed to you and shown in your Luck4You account. In VuiHub go to Dashboard → Plans and enter the code within 30 days.

How does a combo activate Luck4You?

Pay for the combo once on VuiHub. The success screen and email show a Luck4You activation code (L4Y-ACT-…); paste it on the Luck4You Plans & Billing page.

How long can an event plan be used?

A plan covers 1 event within 30 days of payment. Gifts from Luck4You can be used within 90 days.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Turn on "Company VAT invoice" at checkout and enter the company name, tax code and the email for the invoice.
