Two truths and a lie
Each person enters 3 statements about themselves in advance, one of them made up. The host shows each person in turn and the room votes for the lie; correct guesses score, and the storyteller scores for every person fooled. Companies use it when forming a new team, welcoming new hires or opening a workshop, because everyone gets a turn to tell a story and colleagues learn about each other beyond work.
